At Jess’ Way, matching is a lot like a dating service. We look beyond qualifications and consider personalities, family dynamics, schedules, lifestyles, expectations, communication styles, and the overall relationship between the nanny and the family.
The goal isn’t simply to find a nanny who works well with the children. It’s to create a match where the nanny, children, and parents genuinely fit well together.
Jess’ Way works with families to understand their childcare needs, schedules, preferences, household dynamics, and expectations before beginning the placement search.
We present carefully screened, qualified candidates who align with the needs and preferences of the family.
Placement options may include:
• Full-Time Nannies
• Part-Time Nannies
• Nanny Shares
• Long-Term Nanny Placement
We focus on quality, compatibility, and intentional matching rather than promising a specific number of candidates.
Nanny rates typically range from $20–$35+ per hour, depending on the role, experience, responsibilities, schedule, number of children, and the specific needs of the family.
BABYSITTING
Flexible Childcare When You Need It
Not every family needs a full-time nanny.
Jess’ Way also helps families access babysitting support for occasions such as:
• Date nights
• Appointments
• Evening care
• Weekend care
• Short-term childcare
• Occasional childcare needs
• Schedule changes
• Temporary gaps in regular care
Families can request babysitting based on caregiver availability.
For families who expect to need backup or occasional care more regularly, Baby Got Backup! provides an additional membership option with reduced booking fees and priority matching.
BABY GOT BACKUP!
Because Every Family Needs a Backup Plan
Childcare plans can change unexpectedly.
A regular caregiver may call out.
School may close.
Work schedules may change.
Parents may suddenly need additional support.
Baby Got Backup! helps families access Jess’ Way’s screened caregiver network for babysitting, backup care, and short-term childcare needs.
Families can request care as members or non-members.
BABY GOT BACKUP! FAMILY MEMBERSHIP
$299/year
Membership benefits include:
• Priority caregiver matching
• Reduced booking fees
• Access to Jess’ Way’s screened caregiver network
• Priority access to Baby Got Backup! requests
Member Booking Fees:
• Standard Booking — $25
• Less Than 48 Hours / Short Notice — $45
• Same-Day / Rush Request — $60
Non-members may also request care.
Non-Member Booking Fees:
• Standard Booking — $60
• Less Than 48 Hours / Short Notice — $85
• Same-Day / Rush Request — $100
Caregiver wages are separate from membership and booking fees.
Care is subject to caregiver availability. Membership provides priority access and matching but does not guarantee that a caregiver will be available for every request.
Families are encouraged to submit childcare requests as early as possible.
HOUSEHOLD MANAGERS & FAMILY ASSISTANTS
Support Beyond Childcare
Sometimes families need more than childcare.
Jess’ Way helps families find Household Managers and Family Assistants who can provide customized support based on the needs of the household.
Support may include:
• Household organization
• Children’s scheduling and activities
• Family errands
• Grocery shopping
• Children’s laundry
• Light household support
• Appointment and calendar assistance
• Transportation support
• Customized family assistance
Each position is different, with responsibilities customized around the needs of the family and the role.
Household Manager and Family Assistant positions typically require a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
Compensation typically ranges from $20–$35+ per hour, depending on the role, experience, responsibilities, schedule, and specific needs of the family.
CORPORATE & EVENT CHILDCARE
