Members receive:

• Reduced booking fees

• Priority caregiver matching

• Priority access to Baby Got Backup! requests

Families can request care as members or non-members.

Caregiver availability is not guaranteed, so families are encouraged to submit requests as early as possible.

I’m the owner and founder of Jess’ Way Nanny Agency & Babysitting Services. With more than 16 years of childcare experience—from summer camps and daycare to working as a nanny—I created Jess’ Way to provide something more personal for families and caregivers.
