The application fee begins the placement process and allows Jess’ Way to learn more about your family, schedule, childcare needs, and preferences.

Nanny Placement

Nanny Placement Fee

$3,000

Payment Structure:

• $1,000 non-refundable deposit to begin the placement search

• The $1,000 deposit is applied toward the total $3,000 placement fee

• The remaining $2,000 balance is due upon placement

Jess’ Way presents carefully screened, qualified candidates who align with each family’s needs, preferences, schedule, and household.

We focus on finding the right fit rather than promising a specific number of candidates.

90-Day Replacement Search Guarantee

The Replacement Search Guarantee provides eligible families with an additional replacement search if a placement ends during the applicable guarantee period.

This is a replacement search benefit and is not a refund or a guarantee that a replacement caregiver will be found within a specific amount of time.

To remain eligible, families must remain in good standing and continue honoring the agreed-upon compensation, schedule, responsibilities, and employment terms.

If the position changes substantially after placement — including significant reductions in pay or hours or major changes in responsibilities — the Replacement Search Guarantee may not apply.

Nanny Share

$1,500 per family

For a traditional two-family nanny share, the total placement fees are $3,000.

Jess’ Way helps families find qualified candidates who can support the unique needs and schedules involved in a shared nanny arrangement.

EXPEDITED PLACEMENT SERVICE

Additional $500

For families who need an accelerated nanny search.

Expedited placement availability depends on the family’s needs, schedule, location, position requirements, and current caregiver availability.

NANNY COMPENSATION

Nanny rates typically range from $20–$35+ per hour, depending on the role, experience, responsibilities, schedule, number of children, and the specific needs of the family.

Nanny wages are separate from Jess’ Way placement fees and are paid directly by the family.

BABY GOT BACKUP! FAMILY MEMBERSHIP

$299/year

Baby Got Backup! gives families ongoing access to Jess’ Way’s screened caregiver network along with reduced booking fees and priority access to backup care requests.

Membership Benefits:

• Priority caregiver matching

• Reduced booking fees

• Access to Jess’ Way’s screened caregiver network

• Priority access to Baby Got Backup! requests

Member Booking Fees:

• Standard Booking — $25

• Less Than 48 Hours / Short Notice — $45

• Same-Day / Rush Request — $60

Caregiver wages are separate from membership and booking fees.

Childcare is subject to caregiver availability. Families are encouraged to submit requests as early as possible, especially for short-notice or same-day care.

Membership provides priority access to Jess’ Way’s caregiver network but does not guarantee that a caregiver will always be available for every request.

The Baby Got Backup! Family Membership automatically renews annually at the applicable membership rate. Families may cancel at any time before their renewal date to avoid being charged for the next membership year. Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership has renewed.

NON-MEMBER BABYSITTING & BACKUP CARE

Families do not have to become Baby Got Backup! members to request childcare.

Non-Member Booking Fees:

• Standard Booking — $60

• Less Than 48 Hours / Short Notice — $85

• Same-Day / Rush Request — $100

Caregiver wages are separate from booking fees.

Care is subject to caregiver availability and the details of each request.

HOUSEHOLD MANAGERS & FAMILY ASSISTANTS

Custom Placement

Jess’ Way helps families find Household Managers and Family Assistants based on their individual schedules, responsibilities, and household needs.

These positions have a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Compensation typically ranges from $20–$35+ per hour, depending on the role, experience, responsibilities, schedule, and specific needs of the family.

Support may include:

• Household organization

• Children’s scheduling and activities

• Errands and grocery shopping

• Children’s laundry and light household support

• Appointment and calendar assistance

• Transportation support

• Customized family assistance
