NANNY PLACEMENT OPTIONS

We focus on quality, compatibility, and intentional matching rather than promising a specific number of candidates.
Nanny rates typically range from $20–$35+ per hour, depending on the role, experience, responsibilities, schedule, number of children, and the specific needs of the family.
APPLICATION FEE
$150
The application fee begins the placement process and allows Jess’ Way to learn more about your family, childcare needs, schedule, responsibilities, preferences, and expectations.
The application fee is separate from the placement fee.
NANNY PLACEMENT FEE
$3,000
Payment Structure:
• $1,000 non-refundable deposit to begin the placement search
• The $1,000 deposit is applied toward the total $3,000 placement fee
• The remaining $2,000 balance is due upon placement

Jess’ Way does not guarantee that every family will receive a specific number of candidates.
Instead, we focus on presenting carefully screened, qualified candidates who align with the family’s needs and preferences.
We believe the goal should be finding the right fit — not simply filling a position.

NANNY COMPENSATION
Nanny rates typically range from $20–$35+ per hour, depending on the role, experience, responsibilities, schedule, number of children, and the specific needs of the family.
Nanny wages are separate from Jess’ Way placement fees and are paid directly by the family.
The final compensation should reflect the responsibilities and expectations of the position.
NANNY SHARE
$1,500 per family
Jess’ Way also supports traditional two-family nanny share placements.
For a two-family nanny share, the total placement fees are $3,000, with each family paying $1,500.
Nanny Share arrangements can provide families with a shared childcare solution while still allowing both families to participate in the placement process.
The schedule, responsibilities, compensation, hosting arrangements, and expectations should be clearly agreed upon by both families and the nanny.
EXPEDITED PLACEMENT SERVICE
Additional $500
For families who need an accelerated nanny search, Jess’ Way offers an Expedited Placement Service.
Expedited availability depends on factors such as:
• Family location
• Schedule
• Position requirements
• Compensation
• Caregiver availability
• Experience requirements
• Other family-specific needs
Expedited service does not guarantee that a placement will be completed within a specific period.
The $500 expedited fee is separate from the standard placement fee.
REPLACEMENT SEARCH GUARANTEE
We understand that even carefully matched placements may sometimes end unexpectedly.
Jess’ Way provides eligible families with a Replacement Search Guarantee.

WHAT THE REPLACEMENT SEARCH GUARANTEE MEANS
If an eligible placement ends during the applicable guarantee period, Jess’ Way will conduct an additional replacement search according to the terms of the family agreement.
The Replacement Search Guarantee:
• Is a replacement search benefit
• Is not a refund
• Does not guarantee that a replacement nanny will be found within a specific amount of time
• Is subject to the eligibility requirements and exclusions in the family agreement
FAMILY ELIGIBILITY
To remain eligible for the Replacement Search Guarantee, the family must remain in good standing and continue honoring the agreed-upon:
• Compensation
• Schedule
• Position responsibilities
• Employment terms
• Expectations discussed during placement
If the family substantially changes the position after placement — such as significantly reducing pay or hours or making major changes to the agreed-upon duties — the Replacement Search Guarantee may not apply.

CAREFULLY SCREENED CANDIDATES
Jess’ Way carefully vets nanny candidates throughout the screening and placement process. Reference checks are completed before candidates are presented to families, and the required formal background screening is completed after a family selects a caregiver and before the placement begins..
Jess’ Way focuses on identifying qualified candidates who meet the requirements of each position.
The screening and matching process may include reviewing experience, references, qualifications, availability, and overall alignment with the needs of the family.
The goal is to help families meet candidates who may be a strong fit for their home and childcare needs.
HOW THE PLACEMENT PROCESS WORKS
STEP 1 — APPLY
Complete the family application and pay the $150 application fee.
STEP 2 — FAMILY CONSULTATION
Jess’ Way learns more about your family, schedule, childcare needs, responsibilities, preferences, and expectations.
STEP 3 — BEGIN THE SEARCH
Once the $1,000 non-refundable deposit is received, Jess’ Way begins the nanny search and matching process.
STEP 4 — CANDIDATE PRESENTATION
Jess’ Way presents carefully screened, qualified candidates who align with the needs of the position.
We do not guarantee a specific number of candidates.
STEP 5 — INTERVIEWS & SELECTION
Families have the opportunity to speak with and interview appropriate candidates before making a final hiring decision.
STEP 6 — PLACEMENT
Once a nanny is selected and the placement is finalized, the remaining $2,000 placement balance is due.
STEP 7 — ONGOING SUPPORT
Jess’ Way remains available to support the placement relationship and, when applicable, provide assistance under the Replacement Search Guarantee.
