Jess’ Way offers flexible babysitting support designed to help families access qualified caregivers when they need an extra set of hands.

HOW BABYSITTING WORKS
STEP 1 — REQUEST CARE
Tell Jess’ Way when you need care and provide details such as:
• Date
• Start and end time
• Location
• Number of children
• Ages of children
• Any important care information
• Special instructions or family needs
STEP 2 — WE REVIEW YOUR REQUEST
Jess’ Way reviews the childcare request and checks availability within our caregiver network.
STEP 3 — CAREGIVER MATCHING
We work to identify an available caregiver who aligns with the needs of the request.
STEP 4 — CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING
If an appropriate caregiver is available, Jess’ Way will help coordinate the booking and provide the information needed for the scheduled care.
BABYSITTING WITHOUT A MEMBERSHIP
Families do not have to join Baby Got Backup! to request babysitting or backup childcare.
Non-members can request care whenever they need support and pay the applicable booking fee for each request.

BABYSITTING VS. BABY GOT BACKUP!
BABYSITTING
Babysitting is available for families who need occasional or short-term childcare.
Families can request care without purchasing an annual membership and simply pay the appropriate non-member booking fee.
BABY GOT BACKUP!
Baby Got Backup! is designed for families who want ongoing access to Jess’ Way’s caregiver network, reduced booking fees, and priority matching.
The $299 annual membership may be a good fit for families who expect to request babysitting or backup childcare more regularly.
CAREGIVER AVAILABILITY
Jess’ Way works to connect families with available caregivers, but availability cannot be guaranteed for every request.
Availability may depend on:
• Date and time
• Location
• Amount of advance notice
• Number and ages of children
• Length of care
• Family-specific needs
• Current caregiver availability
Advance notice is encouraged whenever possible.
SHORT-NOTICE & SAME-DAY CARE
We understand that childcare needs can come up unexpectedly.
Families may request care with less than 48 hours’ notice or on the same day.
Short-notice and rush requests are subject to caregiver availability and the applicable booking fee.
CAREGIVER WAGES
Caregiver wages are separate from Jess’ Way booking and membership fees.
The family is responsible for caregiver compensation according to the agreed-upon rate and terms for the booking.
SCREENED & VETTED CAREGIVERS
Jess’ Way caregivers are carefully screened and vetted, including background checks and reference checks, before being connected with families.
Our goal is to help families feel confident in the childcare support they receive while still making thoughtful matches based on the needs of each request.
